or via telephone 250-250-494-1361 BEFORE returning any items.
Items returned without contacting us will NOT be accepted.
REFUND POLICY - Generally there are no refunds processed. If you
made an error when purchasing one of our items online, please
contact us immediately and we'll be happy to correct the error.
RETURN POLICY - If your purchase is damaged in transit,
you may return the item for a replacement as long as you contact us within
24 hours of receipt. Item then must be received within our offices within 10
days for a replacement.
